Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Assist in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
